The 15,000-square-foot facility features state-of-the-art emergency healthcare serving the residents and visitors of Orange County open 24-7. The 12-bed ED includes an urgent care track to diagnose and treat non-emergent cases more efficiently, an observation unit to closely monitor care for up to 24 hours, with a pediatric specific care area, and offers emergent care supported by ground transportation if specialty care is needed. We are proud to be revolutionizing healthcare with visionary leadership and world-class resources. **Shift:** Nights 3/12s, 7p-7a, Weekend Rotation Required **Job Description:** Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance. Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. **Education:** • Associate's of Nursing \[Required\] • Bachelor's of Nursing \[Preferred\] **Work Experience:** • 1+ acute care hospital setting \[Preferred\] **Additional Information:** Additional Licensure or certification requirements may apply depending on the specific unit or state in which this position is located.
