**Job Description:**
**Minimum Pay:** $35 / hour
**Work Schedule:** 3 x 12 hour shifts - 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, rotating weekends
**Sign on Bonus:** $15,000 for eligible candidates

* The Registered Nurse RN ICU conducts comprehensive patient assessments, monitor patient conditions, and prioritize care needs based on physical, psychosocial, and clinical findings.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
* Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately while adhering to established clinical policies and standards.
* Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatments, discharge planning, and self-care practices to support recovery and ongoing wellness.
* Document patient assessments, interventions, treatments, and responses accurately and timely to ensure continuity and quality of care.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and promote positive outcomes.
* Advocate for patient safety, rights, and quality care by maintaining a safe environment and participating in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
**Education:**
* Associate's of Nursing \[Required\]
* Bachelor's of Nursing \[Preferred\]
**Work Experience:**
* 1+ years prior hospital/acute care Registered Nursing experience \[Preferred\]
* Registered Nurse experience \[Required\]
**Licenses and Certifications:**
* Registered Nurse License (RN) \[Required\]
* Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) \[Required\]
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) \[Required\]
* National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS \[Preferred\]
**Pay Range:**
$31.75 - $55.47
