Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the Join our team as a Clinical Coordinator (RN) and help lead daily patient care operations while supporting nursing staff and unit performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate patient placement and staff assignments.
* Support nursing staff with patient care, workflow, and unit activities.
* Assist with staff orientation, education, and ongoing training.
* Oversee clinical operations and respond to changes in patient conditions.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
* Assist with scheduling, staffing, productivity, and resource management.
* Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, staffing, and operational needs.
* Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe patient care environment.
* Perform direct patient care as needed.
**Qualifications:**
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
* Current RN licensure in the applicable state of practice.
* Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum of 1 year of charge nurse experience.
* Current BLS and NRP certifications.
* BSN preferred.
