**Your Role as Registered Nurse**
You’ll deliver person-centred services and holistic care and support to adults with life limiting conditions and their families by:
* Providing compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity and choice
* Building meaningful connections with guests and their loved ones
* Supporting families through life's most important moments

* Delivering holistic care as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team

**About You**
You are a compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing person-centred palliative care. You bring empathy, kindness and professionalism to every interaction, value meaningful connections with guests and their families, and are committed to making a difference when it matters most.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in palliative care, aged care, oncology, hospice or community care
* Passion for compassionate end-of-life care
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Calm, empathetic and resilient under pressure
* Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork
* Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills
* Commitment to person-centred care, dignity and respect
**Essential Requirements**
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
* Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
