**Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital** We are seeking experienced **Anaesthetic Registered Nurses and Anaesthetic Technicians** who are looking to be part of a close-knit, supportive perioperative team. Our Recovery and Anaesthetics Unit delivers exceptional care across every stage of the perioperative journey, from pre-operative preparation through to intraoperative support and post-operative recovery. **Why you will enjoy working with us:** * We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including implementation of robotic surgical devices and virtual reality imaging technology * 17 busy operating theatres * Dedicated 46 bed DOSA/DSU * Endoscopy unit with four procedure rooms * Short stay unit with three theatres and one procedure room * Two cardiac and vascular intervention laboratories * Flexibility with part-time & casual opportunities to support your lifestyle and promote work-life balance * You will be supported by a highly skilled team of medical professionals that ensure our Anaesthetic/PACU team has everything they need to perform their duties As Registered Nurse/Anaesthetic Technician you will be responsible for the provision of a high standard of patient care in a safe and effective manner. **The Position:** * Deliver outstanding patient care, ensuring patients are treated with dignity and respect. * Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal outcomes for patients. * Be a patient advocate, ensuring that their rights are upheld and their voices are heard. * Promote a welcoming, compassionate environment for patients and their families. * Demonstrate excellence in clinical practice, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. * Assist in managing patient flow and provide pre and post-operative care. You will hold current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a **Registered Nurse** or as an **Anaesthetic Technician** you will possess a Diploma Qualification in Anaesthetic Technology, or equivalent. **To be considered for this position you will demonstrate a minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience in Anaesthetics/PACU.** To thrive in this role, you will bring exceptional communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
