Additional responsibilities include administrative support for therapists and general departmental duties as needed. **Core Responsibilities & Essential Functions:** ================================================ * Assist therapists with patient treatment under direct supervision. * Provide a "second set of hands" when needed during therapy sessions. * Perform general administrative support tasks for therapists. * Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment. * Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and supplies are readily available. **Required Qualifications:** ============================ **Education:** * High School Diploma or GED required. **Certifications & Licensure:** * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required. **Experience:** * Prior experience in an Outpatient Rehab patient care setting (preferred). **Skills & Competencies:** * Strong communication and time management skills. * Familiarity with medical terminology. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
