* Maintain and deepen relationships with a core portfolio of SME / Middle Market customers. * Actively drive primary sales by acquiring new SME / Middle Market customers and generating new loans with existing customers. * Collaborate with product specialists on account planning to identify target customers and tailor product offerings to meet customer needs. * Monitor the overall customer experience and proactively address process lapses or delays to ensure timely turnaround times (TAT). * Ensure customers meet basic credit requirements and manage new Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) within approved budgets and guidelines. * Prepare comprehensive credit assessments and proposals for loan applications. * Vet, sign, and deliver Letters of Offer in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
