Build and maintain relationships with Brand HQ teams, retailers, service centers, and promoters. 2\. Act as the primary point of contact to resolve queries, provide support, and help achieve sales targets. 3\. Design and deliver training programs for retail owners, service staff, and promoters on Device Protection Plans. 4\. Communicate with stakeholders through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to share updates and provide support. 5\. Use digital tools to generate leads and increase stakeholder engagement. 6\. Work with promoters and shop owners to improve product visibility and brand awareness. 7\. Plan and execute promotional activities and events to drive offline sales. 8\. Maintain accurate records of sales, training sessions, and stakeholder interactions. 9\.
