Relief Pharmacist - Clonmel

We are currently seeking to recruit a **Relief Pharmacist** for our stores across **Clonmel - Davis Road, Showgrounds and Poppyfields.** This role is a **permanent full-time position** and covers a range of stores throughout the counties. Through this opportunity, you will gather great insight into the brands under Uniphar. Within our Relief rosters, we try to **establish a regular order of stores** you will support, so that you can best get to know the teams and customers in each location. All relief rosters are provided **6 to 8 weeks in advance**. **What we offer:** * Reimbursement PSI fees annually * Funding of vaccinations training. * A Pension Scheme with a company contribution of up to 7% of the annual salary * CPD hours allowance annually * Premium Rate on Sunday Shifts (1.5 x Normal Rate) * Refer a Friend Policy for eligible roles (Up to 2000 euros) * Employee Assistance Programme with Spectrum Life Wellbeing Platform * Relief - mileage coverage outside of base store  **The responsibilities of the role:** * To assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives * Work with the team to find care solutions for our customers and patients * Assist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with company and industry regulations. * Assist in group healthcare and company/marketing events. * Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives. * To partake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the team. * Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance. **Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required:** * Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland * Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is an advantage but full training will be given to those coming from other backgrounds * Proven people management * Enthusiastic, self- motivated with excellent people skills, confidence and demonstrable clinical knowledge. * Excellent communication skills and be acutely aware of customer needs while also being commercially astute. * Have a key focus on patients and customers, ensuring exemplary face-to-face interactions. #McCauleys
