Relief Pharmacist - Dublin City Center

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Relief** **Pharmacist** to join the teams in our **Dublin City Centre stores.** This is a **40** **hour permanent** position with the role primarily covering **Allcare O'Connell Street, Allcare Ringsend, K****illester, Merrion, Kerins and Rathfarnham, as well as some other adhoc stores.** These store has **manageable items and services.** **What we offer:** * Reimbursement PSI fees annually * Funding of vaccination training. * A Pension Scheme with a company contribution of up to 7% of the annual salary * CPD hours allowance annually * Premium Rate on Sunday Shifts (1.5 x Normal Rate) * Refer a Friend Policy for eligible roles (Up to 2000 euros) * Employee Assistance Programme with Spectrum Life Wellbeing Platform * Relief - mileage coverage outside of base store  **Responsibilities:** * Ensuring that we consistently deliver the type of exceptional care that patients will tell their friends about * Assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives * Work with the team to find care solutions for our customers and patients * Assist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with company and industry regulations * Assist in group healthcare and company / marketing events * Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives * Partake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the team * Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance **Requirements:** * Must have PSI registration and hold a degree in Pharmacy * Have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task * Must be capable of working on own initiative * Drive business within the dispensary and store * Ability to communicate and get along with a variety of different personalities * Proactively drive excellence in customer service throughout the store at all times **_If you would be interested in being considered for current or future vacancies within a Pharmacist role, please apply or declare your interest to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Danielle Gillen at [email protected]_** _#allcare_
