Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon. As a member of this team, you’ll support our client and help deliver an exceptional multi-platform experience for players. **As an Engagement Moderator, you will:** * Be able to begin orientation immediately * Demonstrate proactive behavior, quick learning abilities, and strong communication skills * Stay up to date with project changes and updates * Have prior Discord or social media moderation experience across multiple platforms * Bring previous experience with gaming-related projects (a plus!) * Work independently with minimal supervision * Show consistent reliability and accountability * Commit to the project for at least 90 days **Requirements:** * Availability of at least 7 hours per week * Fluency in French and English **Minimum WorkSpace Requirements:** * Workspace Requirements: * A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or above * A working webcam and willingness to use it during orientation/as needed by project * Must be willing to download and install ModSquad security systems on your computer and mobile phone * Stable broadband internet connection of 40 MBPS or greater * 8 GB RAM or better **Please Note:** A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects. **About ModSquad:** ModSquad has been reinventing the Customer Experience Services industry since 2007.  Top brands around the globe turn to us for customer support, content moderation, trust and safety, community management, and social media services.
