Both include one week of paid in-person training in Mammoth Lakes, CA, followed by paid remote training from home. * Bilingual applicants are eligible for additional compensation. **Work At Home candidates must meet the following requirements:** * **Must work from your permanent California residence. This is not a “work from anywhere” position** _(applicants outside California will not be considered)._ * Have a designated workspace that is separate, secure, and quiet. * Have designated internet with a minimum speed of 400mpbs. * Connect to the internet/modem via Ethernet * Previous remote experience preferred. **Job Requirements:** * High school graduation or equivalency is required. Previous call center experience preferred. * Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, advanced computer navigation using multiple programs at one time. * Ideal candidate will be driven by customer service demonstrating active listening and offering meaningful solutions in a fast paced and dynamic guest service environment. * Proven record of making logical decisions, problem solving, resourcefulness, multitasking and expediency. * **A passion for skiing or snowboarding and familiarity with mountain resort culture is a plus.** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
