Notre site web : [https://www.stanleyblackanddecker.com](https://www.stanleyblackanddecker.com/) **RESPONSABILITÉS / MISSIONS :** En tant que **Réparateur SAV** vous êtes rattaché.e au Service Réparation et SAV basé à Champlan. **Vos missions seront :** * Effectuer le diagnostic de panne des produits * Evaluer la réparabilité des produits * Etablir les devis de réparations * Réaliser les réparations des devis acceptés ou sous garantie * Echanger les produits des devis acceptés ou sous garantie * Participer aux formations techniques et assurer transmission des compétences aux nouveaux arrivants * Répondre aux sollicitations clients **PROFIL RECHERCHE :** * Formation technique avec des compétences en mécanique, idéalement dans un environnement automobile, * Organisé/e, méthodique et rigoureux/se, * Autonome, capable de prendre des initiatives tout en sachant travailler en équipe et collaborer efficacement avec les différents services de l’entreprise, * Connaissances informatiques (SAP, Outlook, Excel), * Bon contact avec les clients et autres services. **CE QUE NOUS OFFRONS :** * Une rémunération comprise entre 27k€ et 28k€ + intéressement, * Mutuelle & Prévoyance, Epargne salariale, CSE et tickets restaurant, * Un parcours d’intégration personnalisé avec vidéo de bienvenue et, formations produits & métier. * Un environnement de travail agile et en mouvement permanent où les opportunités d'évolution sont fréquentes * Une culture d'entreprise qui célèbre la diversité et où chacun se sent respecté Toutes nos offres sont ouvertes aux personnes en situation de handicap.
