**About the Department** School of Art, Design and Media is a premier creative hub in Singapore established in 2005 with programs combining art, technology, and design to foster creative leaders at the intersection of artistic expression and emerging technology. **Key Job Purpose** We are seeking a Research Assistant to support a 20-year retrospective analysis and framework implementation aimed at enhancing the performance of ADM’s student animated films at the Student Academy Awards and Oscar-qualifying film festivals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct qualitative interviews and survey data collection across past student cohorts. * Collect, organize, and analyze historical film submission and distribution data. * Support the development of strategic festival distribution roadmaps. * Assist with project coordination, alumni outreach, and research documentation. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film, Media Studies, or related fields. * **Mandatory experience in festival submissions**. * **Basic knowledge of film festivals** and international submission systems. * Strong organizational, interviewing, and written communication skills. * Entry level candidates meeting key requirements are welcome to apply.
