Research Associate Project Officer

The Research Associate/ Project Officer will bridge technical and commercial requirements to develop viable solutions for a novel rehabilitation robot. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to refine and implement cutting-edge haptic technologies integrated into robotic solutions helping translate research concepts into viable and impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in planning, tracking, and executing project activities. * Establish effective communication to ensure seamless execution. * Conduct market research to identify industry trends and stakeholder needs. * Gather and analyse feedback to refine project objectives and deliverables. * Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. * Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation. * Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. * Support process improvement initiatives. * Assist in organising demonstrations, seminars, and engagement activities. Job Requirements: * Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or Engineering * Experience interacting with external stakeholders for collaboration development. * Industrial experience highly desirable. * Experience or exposure to medical or rehabilitation technologies. * Good interpersonal skills. * Good communication and writing skills. * Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
