Designed to help Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community. **Population Served:** Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisis **Facility & Setting:** short-term voluntary residential facility | 24/7 Program **Clinical Services:** Therapeutic and mental health services, Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services, Medication evaluation and support services, Crisis intervention **Length of Stay:** short-term **Skills & Transition:** Pre-vocational or vocational counseling, transition back to community **Skills & Services:** Daily exercise and health/wellness education **Learn more about SBHG at**: [https://www.starsinc.com/stars-inc/](https://www.starsinc.com/stars-inc/) **For Additional Information:** [email protected]
