**Lead One of the Gold Coast's Premier Hospitality Venues** Burleigh Town Hotel is seeking experienced hospitality leaders to join our management team as **Restaurant Manager** or **Duty Manager**, helping run the day-to-day operations of our high-volume venue. With seating for 800+ guests and a reputation for outstanding food, service, and guest experience, this is a great next step for hospitality professionals ready to lead. **Key Responsibilities** _Restaurant Manager_ * Oversee restaurant floor operations and guest experience * Manage rosters, labour costs, and productivity targets * Monitor financial performance, revenue, and cost control * Work closely with the Head Chef on service standards _Duty Manager_ * Lead front-of-house across the venue during shifts * Ensure compliance with RSA, RSG, WHS, and venue procedures * Resolve guest concerns and manage venue security/cash handling * Support team coaching and daily operational flow **About You** * Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Duty Manager in a high-volume venue * Strong leadership and people management skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers License * Availability for a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Performance-based incentives * Career development and progression opportunities * Work within one of the Gold Coast's busiest and most respected venues * Staff discounts and employee benefits
