Retail Analyst

**Key Responsibilities** * Daily/weekly/monthly retail performance reporting: sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, AUR, labor productivity * Independently diagnose performance drivers and proactively recommend corrective action to leadership * Own data integrity across SAP/POS systems end-to-end, including resolving root-cause issues * Consolidate and report market share data and insights * Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel) * Store segmentation and productivity analysis * Lead feasibility and investment analysis for new store decisions (PER package development), presenting recommendations directly to leadership * Partner directly with leadership on business review narrative and strategic framing * Channel-specific KPI and promotion performance reporting * Support Annual Finance Plan — sales forecast and budget input * Acts as the analytical thought partner to the Retail Ops/Sales Lead — expected to challenge assumptions and shape decisions * Ad hoc analysis on request from leadership **LOCATION** ------------ Korea, Seoul - Office **FULL TIME/PART TIME** ----------------------- Full time [**Current LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.**](http://wd5.myworkday.com/levistraussandco/d/task/1422$6600.htmld) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
