Retrofit Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Retrofit Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Solution Manager, ABAP development and S/4HANA and BW/4HANA, with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Retrofit Coordination & Execution** * Manage and monitor the SAP retrofit process across multiple systems (e.g., D, Q, P landscapes). * Ensure timely and accurate retrofitting of transports from project systems to maintenance systems and vice versa. * Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate retrofit scope and impact. * Propose scenarios to facilitate the retrofit process. * **Governance & Compliance** * Define and enforce retrofit governance processes and best practices. * Ensure compliance with change management policies and audit requirements. * Maintain documentation of retrofit activities and decisions. * **Issue Management** * Identify and resolve retrofit conflicts and inconsistencies. * Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders. * **Collaboration & Communication** * Act as the point of contact between project teams, support teams, and release management. * Facilitate regular meetings to track retrofit progress and align on priorities. * Provide status updates and reporting to project and program management. * **Tooling & Automation** * Utilize SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, or other tools to manage and track retrofit activities. * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in the retrofit workflow. **Requirement**s: **Education & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in SAP environments, with at least 2 years in a retrofit or change management role. * Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM is highly desirable. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Skills & Competencies** * Strong understanding of SAP transport management and system landscapes. * Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, HR) and their interdependencies. * Excellent in ABAP development * Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * **Communication Skills:** * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. * **Coordination Skills:** Proven ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals. * **Language:** Proficiency in English is mandatory.
