In this role, you will educate clients on Medicare options (Parts C & D as well as Med Supp/MediGap and ancillary products), recommend suitable plans based on their needs, and help with enrollment and transitions between plans. ****Job Responsibilities**** * Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options. * Assist with plan enrollment and transitions. * Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations. * Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines. * Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. * Maintain accurate records and documentation. * Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions. ****Minimum Qualifications**** * Holds valid health insurance license. * Can provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere. * Current plan year AHIP certification. * Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue. * Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers (3 main MAPD carriers ****or**** 2 main MAPD carriers and one approved secondary carrier.) * * Main MAPD carriers: United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna * Secondary carriers: Cigna, Anthem, Wellcare, Zing, Devoted * Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with expectations around sales performance, and call compliance. * Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations. * Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. * Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
