As part of Lloyds Technology Centre (LTC), you will support the Risk & Control function with risk monitoring, data analysis, and reporting while working with colleagues across the business. This role is suited to someone with a basic understanding of risk, knowledge of data analytics, and curiosity to learn and develop. **What You'll Be Doing** * Create simple dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. * Help track Key process indicators, Key risk indicators, trends, and actions. * Work with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting. * Learn and contribute to improvements in risk and reporting processes. **What You'll Need** **Essential Skills & Experience** * Basic understanding of business processes. * Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. * Ability to analyse situations and understand concepts quickly. * Ability to collaborate effectively and learn from others. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. * Working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools. * Ability to understand and work with data. * Curious, willing to learn and comfortable working with others. **Preferred Skills** * A qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or B.Tech. * Familiarity with Power Query, SQL, Python or automation tools is helpful but not essential. **Key Competencies** * Business Process Understanding * Clear Verbal and Written Communication * Analytical Thinking and Quick Learning * Data Understanding * Collaboration and Curiosity **About Working for Us** Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
