**🩺** **What You’ll Do**

You’ll bring expert, compassionate care to postpartum and newborn patients — and so much more. As a WEST Float RN, you’ll:
* Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, individualized care.
* Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.
* Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.
* Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
* Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care across the system.
**✅** **What You’ll Need to Bring**

**🎓** **Education:**
* **Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.**
**📋** **Licensure & Certifications:**
* **Active RN License (compact or single-state) required.**
* **BLS & ACLS certifications — required and ready to roll!**
**🩺** **Experience:**
* **Minimum 2 years of hands-on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting**

* **Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service chops**
* **Quick on your feet and calm under pressure**
