**Find your calling at Mercy!** =============================== **Position Details:** ===================== **Sign-on bonus available: up to $15,000 for experienced nurses!** Nights, Full Time, 36 hours per Week Mercy Hospital - W Memorial Rd ICU Currently accepting applications for Fall 2026 new graduate nurses! **Overview:** Critical Care Registered Nurses are accountable for the provision of nursing care of assigned patients in all phases of care in the ICU. The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. * **Licensure**: Current Oklahoma RN License * **Certifications**: BLS & ACLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. NIHSS; if new to the unit nurse will obtain within the first three months of employment in Critical Care * **Other:** Completes Hospital and Unit Specific nursing competency within 3 months of employment and annually, submits to Nurse Manager/ Education Coordinator. **What Makes You a Good Match for Mercy?** Compassion and professionalism go hand-in-hand with us.
