**Summary** **Job Description:** **Seeking Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse!** **Baptist Health Floyd, 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit Full-time (36 Hours Weekly), Days (7am-7pm)** **Every 4th Weekend Requirement** **Benefit Eligible** **$$ Sign On Bonus Eligible for Experienced External Candidates Only $$** **Job Duties:** In this role, the RN/LPN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. **About the Unit:** The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots' new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions.
