**Summary** **Job Description:** **Seeking Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse!** **Baptist Health Floyd, Surgical Inpatient Unit** **Full-time (36 Hours Weekly), Days (7am-7pm)** **Benefit Eligible** **Job Duties:** In this role, the RN or LPN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. **About the Unit:** Surgical Inpatient Services also known as SIPS is a 32-bed unit specializing in inpatient care for post-surgical patients. LPNs and RNs work with a variety of surgical patients including total joint replacements, bariatric surgeries, and care for higher acuity cases such as post-surgical vascular and thoracic patients.
