**Summary** **Job Description:** **Seeking Registered Nurse WOW!** **Baptist Health Floyd, 2BCE Intermediate** **Part-time (24 Hours Weekly), Days (7am-7pm)** **Weekend Only Work (WOW)** **Benefit Eligible** **$$ Sign On Bonus Eligible for Experienced Applicants Only! $$** **Self-Scheduling!** **Job Duties:** In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. **About the Unit:** The **2nd floor Intermediate Unit** is a **34-bed unit** specializing in **Progressive Care (PCU) or intermediate nursing**. With nurse-to-patient ratios **(4:1)**, our team provides high-quality care to adult patients with complex medical needs. Our unit is composed both experienced and new graduate nurses; we work as an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient centric care.  Our team continues building our reputation as a unit everyone wants to be a part of because of teamwork, clinical expertise, and a supportive environment. **Position/Opportunity Highlights:** Self-Scheduling Work every weekend and receive **PREMIUM PAY** for WOW shifts. **Qualifications:** Current Indiana or compact state RN license. BLS for healthcare provider required.
