**Job Description Summary:** Responsible for ensuring that business and financial processes are operating in accordance with procedures at the regional level. **Job description:** * Perform Stock Opname for all material in unit warehouse and ensure the administration process based on standard policies and procedures. * Monitoring & controlling Dead stock (DSTA & DSTK). * Socialization and education policies and procedures to all units. * Perform vouching Cash/ Bank and cash opname. * Monitoring & perform Opname Fixed Asset. * Follow up Operation Internal Audit Findings and completion progress. **Job requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field. * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in internal audit, finance, accounting, or inventory control * Strong understanding of inventory management, stock opname, fixed asset management, and cash handling procedures. * Knowledge of internal audit principles and internal control processes. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. * Able to monitor audit findings and follow up on corrective actions effectively. * Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct policy socialization and training. * High integrity, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team. * Willing to be place in our unit. **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
