**Job Description:** Location:Shanghai-Fengxian **What will be your key responsibilities?** **Provide for a Safe Workplace** * All PPE must be worn in compliance with the Legal/RC requirements * Enforce/Respect the safety rules and the internal policy * Stop any equipment / operative works / external company works if safety/environment protection/fire protection rules are broken **P&O** * To attend any training program as scheduled by company management and train any designed person in the position **QFS** * Comply and apply the non-conformities procedure (DQM) * Key person to connect between other functions and internal Supply Chain team to ensure smooth communication and action plan **Detailed Responsibilities** * Master Data Management: * Responsible for the creation and maintenance of market product data elements in system. * * Serve as liaison with other departments and assemble master data input information from key stakeholders. * * Raise tickets and resolve data issues by working with relevant stakeholders to ensure data integrity. * * undefined * Product Deployment: * Ensure perfect execution on new product development and product change management in coordination with Marketing, Supply chain, Regulatory and, etc. * Data Quality and Governance: * Ensure the data accuracy, consistency and completeness of the product library, by performing regular data quality checks and audits to identify and correct data discrepancies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain data standards and guidelines. * undefined * System and Process Improvement: * Participate in system upgrades and implementations to ensure data is migrated and integrated correctly. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in master data management. * Work with other departments to develop and enhance data management tools and processes. * Training and Support: * Develop and update the documentation of market MDM processes. * Provide training and support to users on master data processes and tools. **What are we looking for?** •    Associate degree or above.
