**Job Description:** **What are we looking for?** •    At least 2 years’ experience in food / pet food industry is preferred  •    University background is preferred  •    Third-party management experience preferred  •    Good communication and cost conscious  •    Self-motivated, initiative and a team player •    Safety, hygiene and quality conscious **What will be your key responsibilities?** **HSE** •    Master basic factory HSE standards, specifications and compliance requirements to support on-site HSE administration •    Support to promote safety rules in the team and shop floor QUALITY & FOOD SAFETY •    Master basic factory Q&FS standards, specifications and compliance requirements to support on-site Q&FS administration •    Support to promote quality rules in the team and shop floor **HUMAN RESOURCES** •    Manage end-to-end third party to ensure full compliance •    Build competency and training capability of third-party on-site supervisors and ensure contractors’ daily work complies with HSE and Q&FS standards •    Coach and develop third-party supervisors to enhance their capability of nurturing on-site contractors **MANAGEMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES** •    Assist in organizing meetings, sorting out meeting minutes, tracking action plans and following up implementation results •    Provide routine administrative support including office supplies and consumables management •    Support team in operational arrangement and implementation as required **COMMUNICATION & INFORMATION** •    Coordinate and support CP meetings •    Support department document control •    Complete system data entry, file recording and archiving work as required •    Assist line manager in daily internal and external communication **What can you expect from Mars?** Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
