**Job Description:** **What are we looking for?** \- Higher Eeducation Degree 3-5 years of project & process management experience Ability to build and lead effective project teams Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams \- Rich experience mainly on supply planning and inventory control \- Good at Microsoft Offce (Excelent excel & Powerbi) ERP system experience prefered \- Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills \- Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English **Key responsibilities of the role ?** \- Co-pack/Relabel Planning & Supply Service (60%) * Lead China Co-pack & Relabel planning (like Copack MPS, Copack CAPA) and analysis capacity to optimize activity & capacity to improve efficiency * Lead the establishment of the new copack center and build up a sustainable supply model for future dual copack centers operation model * Handle copack activities and inventory control of co-pack products * Collaborate closely with stakeholders arocss E2E supply process to fulfill demand * KPI : OSDC, OTIF, MPS * Conduct financial estimations for import projects.
