**Job Title** RSOC Monitoring Analyst (Data Centre, JOHOR) **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** * Perform continuous monitoring of: * Access control systems * Video surveillance systems * Intrusion detection systems * Safety and environmental alarm systems * Conduct initial triage and classification of events: * Security events * Safety (EHS) events * Infrastructure-related incidents * Execute incident escalation in accordance with GSOC escalation models: * Security Operations teams * EHS response teams * IRC / Infrastructure Operations * Support incident communication coordination: * Notify relevant stakeholders * Track escalation status * Maintain incident timelines * Monitor infrastructure operational alerts, including: * Security system outages * Access disruptions * Facility-related operational issues * Maintain real-time situational awareness during active incidents * Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and tracking records * Adhere to GSOC standard operating procedures, escalation thresholds, and event classification models * Support 24/7 operations, including shift-based monitoring coverage **Requirements:** * Diploma holder * Any relevant working experience will be advantageous * Basic understanding of Physical security systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS) and Data center operations and critical infrastructure environments * Strong situational awareness and ability to perform structured triage * Ability to follow escalation protocols with discipline and accuracy * **Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment** INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
