This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is committed to delivering high-quality financial processes.  **What you'll do:**  In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Working closely with internal stakeholders and reporting to the RTR Team Leader, you will enhance processes, uphold high data quality standards, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting within an international environment.     **Your main responsibilities will include:**  * Performing **General Ledger accounting activities** with a focus on accuracy and compliance  * Conducting **balance sheet reconciliations** and resolving discrepancies  * Preparing and posting **journal entries**, including month-end accruals  * Supporting **period-end closing activities** in line with corporate timelines  * Managing **Fixed Assets accounting**, including capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliations  * Maintaining high data quality standards and ensuring timely reporting  * Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders  * Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement  **Qualifications & Experience**  * Very good command of **English (spoken and written)**  * Degree in **Finance, Accounting, or a related field** (preferred)  * Solid **accounting knowledge**, including the ability to prepare financial statements  * Minimum **3+ years of experience** in Finance or Accounting  * Advanced **MS Excel skills (mandatory)**  * Experience working with **SAP**  * Familiarity with **Oracle NetSuite** is a strong advantage  * Availability to work **afternoon/second shift hours for up to 7 days per month**  **Where you'll be:**   You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide.
