Rugs Manufacturing Supervisor - 3rd Shift

**Job Title** Rugs Manufacturing Supervisor - 3rd Shift **Position Overview** Shaw Industries is recruiting for a supervisor to manage in the rug department as they strive to service Plant 1R in conjunction with the commercial and residential divisions in an accident-free environment. This will be accomplished through a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and team development. Partnership with plant management, human resources, and all team members will be vital. The Team Manager will act as a facilitator to aid associates in examining and improving the ways in which they work together to achieve better results. This will be accomplished through managing group and one-to-one discussions, applying coaching and corrective action when necessary, and communicating the goals and direction of the team.
