REQ13833 Runner (Open) **POSITION SUMMARY:**  The position is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Team in making prompt and accurate delivery of warehouse material to the user department on a daily basis. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** The responsibilities of Runner includes but not limiting to the followings: * Distribution of warehouse material to user departments in accordance with the Inventory Issue/Transfer Requisition; * Ensure that all deliveries are made on a safe, timely and accurate fashion; that all deliveries should be completed before the close of business every day; * Secure the signature and employee ID by the receiver from the user department on the delivery worksheet for all deliveries made; * Conduct cleaning of the storeroom(s) as instructed by Warehouse Supervisor / Store Officer on a regular basis to ensure compliance with HACCP requirements; * Follow all Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures in the daily operation of the storeroom(s); * Report immediately any irregularities pertaining to warehouse operation including but not limiting to the breakdown of warehouse facilities/equipment, damage to Company property or personnel injury to his/her Superior for immediate remedial or corrective actions; * Must be properly attired with Personal Protective Equipment while conducting daily operation inside the warehouse area; * Perform all other duties within the scope of warehouse responsibilities as assigned by the Store Officer, Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Assistant Manager. **KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:** * 100% match on goods received and data entered into the material management systems * Delivery time is within the matrix of acceptable guidelines * All written and electronic documentation must be completed on a daily basis **QUALIFICATIONS:**  **Experience**                                                                             * At least 2 years’ experience in the capacity of Warehouse in hospitality industry; experience using Micro-Fidelio purchasing system is definitely a plus * Hard working and willing to work overtime * Good interpersonal and communication skills, general understand of hotel and business operations **Education**                                                                              * Junior Secondary school academic qualifications. **Skills / Competencies**                                                  * Previous experience in driving electric vehicles preferred * Must be able to read, write and do basic mathematic calculations * Must be able to withstand prolonged walking, standing, bending, pushing, stooping, kneeling and access all areas of facilities without restrictions * Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds * Must be able to work in both outdoor and indoor non-temperature controlled environments * Achieve agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results * Approachable and enthusiastic Job ---  Receiving Primary Location ---------------- Macau SAR-City of Dreams Macau Organization ------------  Corporate Services
