S2P Transformation Manager Euromaster is hiring! **Contract Type:** Unlimited **Location:** Voluntari **Mission:** We are looking for a S2P Transformation Manager, to join the Business Transformation department. To start with, you will join and manage the — Source to Pay Transformation at Euromaster, delivering the future S2P operating model across the HQ in France, EBS Bucharest, and all European local entities.This is a strategic transformation role with visibility and impact at Group level from day one.You’ll be joining a team of business transformation leaders who work closely together, combine expertise across countries, and enjoy turning complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions. **What you will do:** * Reporting directly to the Program Leader, you will co-design and help implement the Group-wide Source to Pay Target Operating Model across HQ, EBS, and local country entities; * Define governance, ownership models, process structures, KPIs, and operational responsibilities across the S2P landscape; * Lead S2P setup activities and support service mutualization into EBS Bucharest * Drive transition planning, knowledge transfer, parallel run, operational readiness, and go-live activities; * Manage complex, multi-country transformation workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance; * Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, HQ, SSC, and local countries; * Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence without direct authority; * Contribute consulting-grade thinking, structure, and best practices into the transformation journey; * Drive change management, communication, adoption, and stakeholder alignment activities. **What we are looking for:** * 8–13 years of professional experience in complex transformation environments; * 4–6 years in management consulting, in a Delivery Manager capacity; * Strong expertise in Source to Pay / Procure to Pay transformation; * Experience designing Target Operating Models and governance frameworks; * Background in Shared Services setup, service migration, or operational mutualization; * Proven experience delivering multi-country transformation programs; * Ability to navigate complex HQ / SSC / local country stakeholder environments; * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills; * Fluent English required | French is a strong advantage.  **#LI-DNI**  **What we’re offering:** ●        Competitive salary + performance bonus ●        Christmas, Easter & International Women’s Day bonuses ●        Life insurance coverage ●        Financial support for life-celebration events ●        7Card – sport & wellness access ●        Private medical care + 24/7 medical hotline ●        Meal tickets + canteen subsidy ●        Unlimited access to learning platforms, trainings & conferences ●        Extra vacation days based on length of service ●        Birthday day off – celebrate yourself **How we recruit:** Once you submit your application, one of our recruiters reviews it.
