Working closely with Sales, Customer Care, Technical Service, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day sales operations and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors. This role provides an opportunity to build commercial and customer-facing skills while gaining exposure to pricing, account management, sales processes, and Cabot's products and markets. You will support customer account management, maintain accurate commercial data, and contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction. **How You Will Make an Impact** * Support Sales Representatives in managing customer and distributor relationships across assigned markets and accounts. * Provide pricing support, maintain forecasts, and assist with identifying and developing new business opportunities. * Prepare sales reports, customer presentations, proposals, contracts, and follow-up documentation. * Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinating responses with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. * Manage sample requests and shipments, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customers receive the appropriate products and documentation. * Maintain accurate customer, pricing, rebate, commission, and contract information within Cabot's systems and databases. * Support the implementation of Commercial Excellence initiatives, including customer segmentation, data management, and business process compliance. * Conduct market and competitor research to support commercial decision-making and business development activities. * Assist with planning and coordinating customer visits, meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events. * Develop knowledge of Cabot's products, markets, and commercial processes through training and collaboration with experienced sales professionals. * Support Responsible Care® initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment. **What You Will Bring** * Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. * Previous experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, or administrative role is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions. * Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. * Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and identify opportunities for process improvement. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems. * Commercial awareness and an interest in learning about Cabot's products, customers, and markets. * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Fluency in English is required. Additional European language skills are considered an advantage. **Additional Information:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30. * Health insurance from first day of work. * Monthly allowance & yearly bonus.  * Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home). * Salary: 1900 - 2600 EUR Gross.
