Sales Coordinator

**What you’ll be doing?**  **Order processing & administration** * Manage order processing for devices and consumables, handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders. * Provide administrative support for the sales and service team, including order data entry and document filing. * Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to arrange deliveries and follow up on shipment status. **Who are we looking for?**  * Diploma or above with 3 years of relevant work experience; or university graduates. * Minimun 3 years of experience in operations, sales support or customer service roles * At least 2 years of hands-on experience in processing devices & consumables orders * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in ERP, SAP and CRM system * Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills * Customer focus: commitment to high service levels and timely issue resolution * Operational excellence: detail-oriented, well-organized, and execution-focused * Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) * Proactive and willing to learn * Self-motivated and good team spirit Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
