Sales Coordinator

In this role, you will be a key member of our international sales team, ensuring that our daily sales processes run efficiently while providing excellent customer service to customers and partners around the world. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer service, administrative work, and process management in an international setting. Your responsibilities Your daily work includes a variety of administrative and customer-facing tasks, such as: Managing customer reservations and booking changes Customer service via email, phone and live chat Preparing invoices and supporting billing processes Updating website content and maintaining online information Assisting with reporting and other administrative tasks Supporting the sales team in other daily operational activities As you gain experience, we hope you will gradually take on a broader role in supporting the international sales team and participating in the development of our processes and operations. What we are looking for You should: Have previous experience in premium customer service, sales support, administration or similar office work Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written. (other languages such as Finnish, German, Chinese, or French are an advantage) Be able to work independently and take responsibility for completing your tasks Stay organized even when handling several things at once Have a positive, solution-oriented attitude Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and contribute to a good working atmosphere Bring reliability and experience from previous working life About Touring Cars Founded in Finland in 1982, Touring Cars is a pioneer in premium motorhome holidays.
