Our US commercial operation focuses on **closing, expanding, and retaining high**‑**value performance and enterprise advertisers**.
We’re looking for a **hands**‑**on Sales Director** — not a corporate manager title, but a **strong closer with ownership mindset**.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **_Sales Execution & Revenue Ownership_**
* Own end‑to‑end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
* Drive new advertiser acquisition across mobile performance and enterprise verticals
* Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression
**_2\. Account Growth_**
* Grow revenue within existing accounts through upsell and cross‑sell initiatives
* Maintain strong client relationships focused on performance and retention
* Partner with Customer Success to improve outcomes and reduce churn
**_3\. Commercial Strategy & Market Expansion_**
* Support the development of scalable US sales processes
* Identify new market opportunities and verticals based on performance data
* Represent Creative Clicks in commercial discussions and industry calls/events
**What You Bring**
* 2–3 years of experience in **sales or revenue**‑**driven commercial roles**
* Proven experience closing deals and managing pipelines
* Strong understanding of **performance**‑**based advertising models**
* Confident negotiator and communicator
* Comfortable in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments
* CRM experience required
