Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute **Sales Manager** to join our team for a part-time (three days a week), 12 month-fixed term contract where you will lead our New Zealand sales team and drive business growth across the country. **About the Opportunity** Reporting to the **Senior Director, Respiratory Vaccines**, you will be responsible for maximising revenue and profitability across the portfolio through the development and execution of effective commercial strategies. As a key leader within our Commercial Operations team, you will inspire and develop a high-performing sales team and  build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** In this role, you will: * Lead, coach and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales and business objectives. * Translate marketing strategies into clear sales execution plans, priorities and KPIs. * Drive sales performance and deliver or exceed budgeted targets. * Develop annual business plans and account management strategies aligned with commercial objectives * Support formulary listings, protocol changes and product adoption within target healthcare institutions. * Foster a positive growth culture through coaching, development planning and in-field leadership. **About You** To be successful, you will bring: * Degree qualification in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business or a related discipline. * Experience within the New Zealand pharmaceutical and/or vaccine industry. * A strong sales background with proven commercial success. * Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience. * Pharmaceutical or vaccine sales management experience. * Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities * Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams. **Additional Information** * Based in Auckland, New Zealand * Part-time position (0.6 FTE) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. * Travel across the North and South Islands will be required. **Why CSL Seqirus?** At CSL Seqirus, you'll join a global leader in influenza prevention and vaccine innovation.
