Sales Manager Bancassurance

**Sales Planning & Activities** * Promote, introduce and market a range of Tokio Marine's life-insurance products to Bank's customer (including Whole Life Plan, Endowment Plan, Medical Plan and Investment Linked Plan) * Plan and strategize sales activities and participate in roadshows/ campaigns organized by Bank/Region   **Sales Management** * Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals * Develop clientele networking list and records of existing Bank's customer and NTB customers for acquisition and increase customer PHR * Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns * Comply with CPD hours and to ensure completion rate of CFF forms * Compliance to Bank's policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics   **Staff Management** * Provide guidance and motivate PB Banca on prospecting to sales techniques and to coach them for peak performance * Periodic briefing and update on promotions, campaigns and products to PB Banca
