Sales Manager career opportunity at a top location! **$60K–$75K Base + Uncapped Bonus | $100K–$125K+ Potential** We’re looking for a results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead both the **sales and finance/collections operations** of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can **drive revenue and develop teams** all while delivering an excellent customer experience. ### **What You’ll Get** * **Base Salary:** $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience) * **Total Compensation:** $100,000 – $125,000+ annually * **Uncapped Monthly Bonus / Incentive Plan** * Full benefits package & paid time off * Ongoing training, tools, and leadership support * Career advancement opportunities across multiple areas * Established national company (37+ years, 24 states) ### **What You’ll Do** * Hire, train, and lead a team * Drive branch **sales performance** and consistently hit targets * Manage the **full sales cycle** and ensure strong CRM utilization * Oversee **underwriting decisions** and portfolio health * Forecast sales and performance metrics * Ensure high levels of **customer satisfaction and retention** * Maintain compliance with company policies and standards * Support and step in for the **Branch General Manager** as needed ### **What We’re Looking For** * Sales management or **leadership experience** * Subprime lending experience is a plus * Proven ability to **lead teams and hit performance targets** * Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills * Customer-focused mindset * Comfortable using CRM systems and technology * Valid driver’s license ### **Schedule** * No Sundays * 42–48 hours per week * Store Hours: **9AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), 9AM–4PM (Saturday)**
