As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving solution sales for leading domestic and global data center business such as AWS, Google, NTT, KDDI, SoftBank. Leveraging our high-quality products, services, and global network, you will manage large-scale projects and collaborate closely with technical and global teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct solution-oriented sales activities for large-scale projects in data center sectors.
* Drive “spec-in” activities through seminars, proposal creation, and technical consulting.
* Collaborate with Technical Service and Global teams to promote proposal-based sales.
* Support supply chain operations in cooperation with logistics and overseas manufacturing sites.
* Host and accompany customers to overseas factories, gaining valuable international business experience.
**Required Knowledge & Skills**
Must-have
* Basic English proficiency (e.g., email communication, reading technical documents), with a strong motivation to further improve language skills
* Self-driven and proactive approach to sales activities
* Strong ownership and accountability for assigned business area
Nice-to-have
* Business-level English skills (meetings, discussions, presentations)
* Experience in the Data Center, Semiconductor, or Electronics industries
* Academic background in engineering or science
* Strong willingness to take on new challenges, even without prior sales experience
