Sales Manager Mortgage

Job Summary As a Sales Manager, Mortgage at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of mortgage sales executives to achieve sales targets and expand the bank's mortgage loan portfolio. Job Responsibilities \* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed mortgage sales targets. \* Lead, motivate, and coach a team of mortgage sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and career development. \* Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed. \* Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with property developers, real estate agents, and other potential referral sources. \* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, and ethical standards in mortgage sales activities. \* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product development. \* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management. \* Collaborate with other departments, such as credit, operations, and marketing, to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. \* Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction. \* Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in mortgage lending regulations. Job Qualifications \* Bachelor's degree - Any related field(s). \* Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a financial institution. \* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in mortgage products. \* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. \* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. \* In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, services, and lending regulations in Malaysia. \* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
