Sales Manager Mortgage

**PRIMARY OBJECTIVE** * Responsible for the Mortgage Team’s Mortgage sales performance/target. * Lead and coach a team of PBM (around 6-13 headcount) for sales activities and campaigns. * To support the region’s BDM Secured Assets and RSH Assets by conducting product briefing, ongoing training,coaching, guidance, echance sales productivity  and engagement with PBM. * Ensure efficient Performance Tracking & continuously adapting new business strategies to improve sales. * Ensure customer service is competitive vs industry level. * Meet compliance requirement as per our Banking Guideline. * To create product awareness in the market by establishing strong networking with internal and external customers. * Establish and enhance repport with our business partners i.e.Real Estate Agents,Valuer,Solicitors & Developers. * Establish rapport with our stateholdrs i.e. Community Banking,CBBC & Corporate Banking for business opportunities.
