Sales Manager Pf

**Key Responsibilities** Strategy & Planning * Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve target & business KPIs Sales Management * Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staffs * Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized * Motivate, guide and coach sales staff * Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns * Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales * Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts Compliance * Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank * Oversight on code of ethics of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities Staff Management * Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel * Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance Customer Service Management * Anticipates customers' needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty **Requirements** * Diploma or Degree holder * Basic understanding of sales operation and banking products * Experience in sales management and leading sales team
