● Support the rollout of new tools and process changes by testing updates and gathering feedback from users.
**What you’ll bring**
● 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations, business operations, or analytics role, ideally at a SaaS or technology company.
● Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data pulled from multiple sources.
● Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM for reporting and dashboarding.
● Detail-oriented, with a track record of producing accurate, timely reports.
● Comfortable following established processes while proactively flagging opportunities to improve them.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales reps and managers.
● Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker is a plus.
● Bachelor's degree in a related field (economics, finance, business, or similar) preferred.
