Sales Specialist

**What you’ll be doing?**  * Accountable for advancing the ZEISS Ophthalmic surgical portfolio in Cataract and Vitreoretinal surgery (in-cluding ophthalmic microscopes, phacoemulsification and vitrectomy devices, intraocular lenses and related consumables) in Hong Kong and Macau through comprehensive sales planning, pipeline discipline, and targeted sales and marketing initiatives. * Accelerate sales while delivering product demonstrations, user training, and clinical application support to healthcare professionals; provide technical troubleshooting and ensure positive customer experience in pub-lic hospitals, private hospitals and surgical centers. * Achieve assigned sales targets and team objectives through effective account management, strong customer engagement, and relationship-building. * Gather and analyze market intelligence, customer needs, and competitive information; collaborate with the team to identify opportunities, strengthen product positioning, and drive market share growth. * Plan, organize, and execute marketing initiatives, educational programs, workshops, conferences, and other customer engagement activities **Who are we looking for?**  * Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Science, Medical, or Engineering discipline preferred * Previous experience in medical sales is preferred * Experience in application support in operating theatre and knowledge of surgical products will be an advantage * Proactive attitude and problem solver * Results-oriented & good team player with strong sense of ownership * Self-motivated with a strong team spirit * Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills * Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin * Able to work efficiently under pressure Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
