Work remotely from Poland with B2B contract flexibility. ### Requirements #### **Responsibilities** * Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business requirements. * Lead the technical strategy, integrations, and customization of Salesforce platforms. * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Oversee and guide developers and consultants in implementing Salesforce solutions. * Ensure system scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices. * Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and assess their potential for integration. #### **Must-Have Requirements** #### **Hard Skills:** * Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role. * Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). * Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP). * Strong experience with system integrations and middleware solutions. * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a must. #### **Soft Skills:** * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Leadership capabilities and experience in guiding technical teams. * Process-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. #### **Availability** * Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between **15:00 and 19:00 Poland time** to ensure real-time collaboration.
