Salesforce Commerce Cloud QA

**Job Description:** Job Description **Key Responsibilities:** * QA activities across multiple eCommerce initiatives based on SFCC. * Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and defect tracking processes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into quality benchmarks * Review and optimize test cases to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency * Hands-on Experience in Business Manager, Merchant Tool, Administrator, Storefront, and Tool concepts. * Report and track quality metrics and ensure adherence to release timelines * Actively participate in sprint activities, requirement walkthroughs, and go-live planning. * Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce 3rd party integrations like CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS & USPS, Klarna, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews, Einstein. * Hands-on experience with Shipping Methods/Configuration. * Hands-on experience with different viewport executions.  **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in a QA role * Proven experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platforms * Strong working knowledge of the SFCC Business Manager tool and configurations * Deep understanding of the e-commerce domain, user journeys, and buying flows * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments * Familiar with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail, etc.) * Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting abilities * Exposure to automation testing is a plus **Location:** DGS India - Bengaluru - Bhartiya City Block 1 (inactive) **Brand:** Merkle **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Permanent
